Nestled among the rolling hills of south central Indiana, Bloomington has long been known for offering big city excitement while maintaining a quaint Midwestern charm. There are multiple outdoor recreation opportunities, cultural offerings, and community events taking place throughout the year.

A weekly Community Calendar is published by the Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center patient concierge for guests to learn about activities taking place in the area. This includes Big Ten athletic events, concerts and operas at the world renowned Jacobs School of Music, area festivals and workshops, continuing education classes, local activities for families and children, local theater productions, and much, much more. Events that are exclusive to the our facility are highlighted on the calendar. The calendar is available in the clinic lobby and at the Patient Resource Center each Thursday.
