Entrance | Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center

For door-to-door driving directions, we recommend using Google maps. The Indiana University  Health Proton Therapy Center address is 2425 N. Milo B. Sampson Lane, Bloomington, IN 47408.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective August 2010, a major highway construction project is taking place on the 45/46 Bypass. There are often traffic delays. We ask that you plan arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.

From the North:

From SR 37 South, take the College Avenue Exit into Bloomington. At the second stoplight, make a left onto the 45/46 Bypass (landmarks are McDonald’s and Denny’s restaurant). Go through one stoplight (Dunn Street). On the right is the Indiana University Football Complex and Assembly Hall, and on the left is Genesis Church. Just past the church is Milo B. Sampson Lane and the entrance to the Indiana University Technology Park North. Turn left on Milo B. Sampson Lane and follow the signs to the Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center.

From the South:

From SR 37 North take the 45/46 Bypass Exit to Bloomington. Go through three stoplights. On the right is the Indiana University Football Complex and Assembly Hall, and on the left is the Genesis Church. Just past the church is Milo B. Sampson Lane and the entrance to the Indiana University Technology Park North. Turn left on Milo B. Sampson Lane and follow the signs to the Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center.

From the East:

Follow SR 46 West to the 46 Bypass and turn right (landmarks are CVS Pharmacy, Red Lobster Restaurant, Old National Bank and Shell gas station). Go through two stoplights. On the left is the Indiana University Football Complex and Assembly Hall. Directly across from the stadium is Milo B. Sampson Lane and the entrance to the Indiana University Technology Park North. Turn right on Milo B. Sampson Lane and follow the signs to the Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center.

From the West:

Follow SR 46 East to the 45/46 Bypass. Go through three stoplights. On the right is Indiana University Football Complex and Assembly Hall, and on the left is the Genesis Church. Just past the church is Milo B. Sampson Lane and the entrance to the Indiana University Technology Park North. Turn left on Milo B. Sampson Lane and follow the signs to the Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center.

DIRECTIONS FROM INDIANAPOLIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

When exiting the terminal, follow signs to I-70 West. Take the Ameriplex Parkway exit to Martinsville/Bloomington. Ameriplex Parkway dead ends into SR-67. Take a right at the stoplight and continue south to Martinsville. Take a left at SR-39 (there is a stop light at this intersection). This will take you through the Martinsville business district. Follow SR-39 to SR-37 South. Take SR-37 South to Bloomington. Take the first Bloomington exit (College Avenue Exit) into Bloomington. Follow directions to the Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center. Once on Milo B. Sampson Lane, the Patient Resource Center is located on the left.
